NobleHost provides hosting and related infrastructure services. Services provided free of charge are offered on an "as-is" and "best-effort" basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime, availability, performance, resource availability, or data retention for free-tier services.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including their login credentials. Users must not share account credentials with unauthorized persons or use another person's account without permission.
3. Multiple Accounts & Limit Circumvention
Users may not create, maintain, or use multiple NobleHost accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, resource limits, suspensions, bans, restrictions, or other limitations imposed by NobleHost.
This includes creating additional accounts to obtain additional CPU, RAM, storage, servers, network resources, or other benefits beyond the limits assigned to an individual account.
NobleHost may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in such activity, including related accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or circumvention.
4. Termination & Suspension
NobleHost may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or service when reasonably necessary to protect our infrastructure, other users, or third parties, including when:
- The user violates these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
- The service causes instability or excessive load on our infrastructure.
- The account or service is involved in abuse, fraud, or malicious activity.
- The account shows prolonged inactivity where applicable.
- Emergency maintenance or infrastructure balancing is required.
- We are required to take action by applicable law or a competent authority.
5. Infrastructure Limits
NobleHost operates shared infrastructure. To maintain service stability and fair use, we may enforce resource and network limits.
- No massive commercial deployments without prior approval.
- No resource hoarding or intentional resource abuse.
- Inactive servers may be automatically deleted where applicable.
- Services that negatively affect other users may be limited or terminated.
6. Data and Backups
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups of important data. NobleHost does not guarantee that user-created files, databases, configurations, or other content will remain available after deletion, suspension, termination, maintenance, hardware failure, or other service interruptions.
7. No Warranty & Liability
NobleHost services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- No specific uptime or availability is guaranteed for free services.
- NobleHost is not responsible for user-created data loss where permitted by law.
- NobleHost is not responsible for service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
- No financial compensation is provided for downtime of free-tier services.
8. Privacy & Security Logging
NobleHost processes certain account, network, and technical information to operate the service, protect infrastructure, prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents. Details about personal-data processing are provided in our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how NobleHost processes personal data when you use our website, client panel, hosting services, support channels, and related services.

3. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use NobleHost, we may process the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Username and email address provided during account creation.
- Authentication Data: Passwords are stored using password hashing rather than being stored as readable passwords. We do not intentionally store passwords in plaintext.
- Network Information: IP addresses and related technical connection information used for authentication, security, abuse prevention, DDoS mitigation, rate limiting, and infrastructure protection.
- Technical and Usage Information: Information about interactions with our services, such as timestamps, requests, authentication events, security events, and other technical information generated during normal operation.
- Hosting Information: Information required to provision and operate hosting services, including server identifiers, configuration information, resource usage, and related service metadata.
- Support Information: Information you provide when contacting NobleHost for support, abuse reports, or other service-related matters.
- Third-Party Authentication Information: If you use a supported third-party authentication provider, such as Discord OAuth, we may receive information necessary to authenticate and associate the account with your NobleHost account.
4. How We Use Personal Data
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing NobleHost accounts.
- Providing and maintaining hosting services.
- Authenticating users and protecting accounts.
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Detecting and mitigating malicious network activity.

- Consent: where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity.
6. Security and Abuse Prevention
Because NobleHost provides network-connected hosting services, certain technical information may be processed for security purposes.
This may include IP addresses, authentication events, timestamps, connection metadata, security events, and other information necessary to detect or investigate malicious activity.
Such information may be used to detect DDoS activity, brute-force attempts, network abuse, unauthorized access, excessive rate limiting, and other activity that may threaten the stability or security of NobleHost or its users.
7. Password Security
User passwords are not intentionally stored in plaintext. Passwords are processed using password hashing mechanisms designed to prevent the original password from being directly recovered from the stored authentication value.
Users should never reuse their NobleHost password on other services.
8. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
- Account Data: retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period after account deletion where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or the defense of legal claims.
- Security and Network Logs: retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, abuse investigation, operational purposes, or legal obligations.
- Support Information: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the relevant matter and maintain appropriate records.
Exact retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason for processing, security requirements, and applicable law.
9. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your NobleHost account and associated personal data by contacting us at [email protected].
Some information may need to be retained after account deletion where necessary to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, investigate security incidents, resolve disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
10. Data Sharing and Third Parties
NobleHost does not sell personal data.
Personal data may be processed or disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate NobleHost and provide the services described in this Privacy Policy, including by:
- Infrastructure Providers: providers used to operate servers, networking, storage, databases, and other infrastructure.
- Security and Network Providers: providers used for network protection, DDoS mitigation, security, performance, or monitoring.
- Authentication Providers: third-party services used for optional authentication, such as Discord OAuth where enabled.
- Support Personnel: authorized personnel who require access to relevant information to investigate support requests, abuse reports, or technical issues.
- Legal Authorities: where disclosure is required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or a lawful request from a competent authority.
11. Cloudflare and Similar Services
NobleHost may use Cloudflare and similar infrastructure, security, performance, or analytics services. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request information, and other data necessary to provide their respective functions.
The specific information processed by such providers depends on the services enabled by NobleHost and their respective configurations.
12. International Data Transfers
Some service providers used by NobleHost may process information outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, NobleHost will rely on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized safeguard.

NobleHost does not intentionally use cookies for advertising or behavioral marketing purposes.

However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and NobleHost cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy establishes rules intended to keep NobleHost infrastructure secure, stable, and available for legitimate users.
2. Network Integrity & Rate Limiting
NobleHost operates shared infrastructure and network resources. Users must not intentionally cause NobleHost infrastructure or shared IP addresses to be blocked, blacklisted, rate limited, or otherwise degraded by external services.
- API Abuse: Applications that generate excessive API requests or repeatedly trigger external rate limits may be restricted or suspended.
- Resource Abuse: Services that consistently consume unreasonable resources or negatively affect other users may be throttled, suspended, or terminated.
3. Prohibited Cyber Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Launching or participating in DDoS attacks.
- Unauthorized network scanning.
- Brute-force attacks against systems or accounts.
- Unauthorized exploitation of vulnerabilities.
- Credential theft or unauthorized access.
- Malicious activity intended to disrupt third-party services.
4. Prohibited Content and Services
Users must not use NobleHost infrastructure to intentionally host, distribute, or operate:
- Phishing websites or credential-stealing services.
- Malware, ransomware, or similar malicious software.
- Fraudulent services or scams.
- Content that violates applicable law.
- Content that infringes applicable copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Services designed to facilitate unauthorized access or abuse.
5. Abuse Reporting
Abuse reports may be submitted through the following channels:

We may review reports and take action where a violation is reasonably verified or where immediate action is necessary to protect our infrastructure or users.
6. Enforcement
Depending on the severity and circumstances of a violation, NobleHost may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations where appropriate.
- Restriction: Limiting network, resource, or service functionality.
- Suspension: Temporarily disabling the affected service or account.
- Permanent Termination: Permanently disabling services or accounts for serious or repeated violations.
NobleHost may take immediate action without prior warning where necessary to prevent security incidents, protect other users, respond to illegal activity, or comply with applicable law.
